Where we ship We ship across the European Union and to the United States.

Processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive tracking by email once your order ships.

Delivery estimates (after dispatch)

• Portugal: 4–8 business days
• Rest of EU: 5–10 business days
• United States: 6–15 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees; carrier delays can occur. Items shipped from the US would have quicker delivery times in the US.

Shipping costs Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and order value. Any free-shipping threshold, if offered, is shown at checkout.

Customs, duties & import taxes (US and non-EU) EU orders include VAT at checkout with no further charges on delivery. United States orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees on arrival, which are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item or shipping price. Please check your local import rules before ordering. We cannot mark parcels as gifts or under-declare value.

Lost or delayed parcels If your tracking shows no movement for an unusual period, contact infos@mutah.fr and we will open an inquiry with the carrier. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provide; please ensure it is correct.
