Shipping, customs and VAT
This page details our delivery times, the origin of our shipments, and any customs fees that may apply. It complements our shipping policy.
Zones and delivery times
We deliver throughout the European Union and to the United States. Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days, then allow 2 to 4 days in Portugal, 3 to 7 days in the rest of the EU, and 6 to 12 days in the United States. These are estimates, not guarantees.
Where our parcels are shipped from
Our items are printed on demand by partner workshops. Depending on the item, the workshop is located in the European Union (Germany, France, Czech Republic), the United States, the United Kingdom, China, or Australia. This determines whether your parcel crosses a customs border.
Ordering from the European Union
Item shipped from the EU
No customs formalities, no additional fees. The price displayed is the final price.
Item shipped from the United States, United Kingdom, China, or Australia
The parcel is imported into the EU. Two distinct elements apply:
- VAT is prepaid for all orders under €150 (excluding shipping costs), via the IOSS system. It will not be requested upon delivery.
- A flat customs fee of €3 has applied since July 1, 2026, to each tariff line (customs code) in the order. It is collected by the carrier or customs upon delivery, not by us.
In practice: two t-shirts under the same customs code → €3 once. A t-shirt and a sweatshirt → €3 per category, for a total of €6.
Orders of €150 or more
Above €150, the order is no longer covered by the IOSS system. Import VAT, customs duties, and any carrier handling fees are then requested from the recipient upon arrival. To avoid this, you can place two separate orders of less than €150.
Ordering from the United States
Parcels shipped from a non-US workshop are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): duties are prepaid before shipping, and nothing will be requested from you upon delivery. Parcels shipped from a US workshop are domestic shipments, without customs formalities.
